Collected from an order\/inquiry\/appointment form: Used for sales purposes, to provide requested information, or to arrange a requested appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When our company processes your order, it may send your information to credit reference agencies and use the information they provide to prevent fraudulent purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How do we store your information?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our company stores your information securely in data centers located in Frankfurt and Sweden. All servers are at least TIER III servers and are monitored continuously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our data processors store data within the EU, unless otherwise stated below. Storing data within the EU does not always mean that it can only be accessed from within the EU: if a data processor&#8217;s personnel can access the data from outside the EU, this access is governed by an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained for as long as the post on which you left the comment exists. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve any follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For users registered on the site, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time.
